Tech TV and G3 iTrip?!?!?!

I recently went to the tech tv website and saw a segment from a show that showed accessories for the ipod. The new itrip is mentioned. If you watch the video clip of it they show the NEW iTrip. You can distinctivly see it. They even say its for the new G3 ipods. My question is how did tech tv get one?

If I was trying to sell my new iPod accessory, I would rather have techtv have it first than you. I'm sure techtv gets sent all sorts of stuff every day, even stuff that isn't out to the public yet. I work for a software company and we send free copies of new products out to thousands of media/press people before the public gets it.

I'm pretty sure that they made that list a long time ago and it is merely saying that the iTrip is AVAILABLE for the 3G. Techtv's actually a great station, isn't it? Even though it can be geeky, The live shows are really useful.

I don't think that the 3rd gen iTrip they had was a working unit. If it was a working unit, why did they demo the 2 gen iTrip. Griffin might have sent them just the case with nothing inside. I do hope that it will be shipping soon. I can't wait to get mine.Sound Guy at 2007-11-15 16:10:15 >
