I have a 3G 30 gig Ipod. the Unit has one of the silicon cases with an opening on the bottom. Using the Silicon case the unit cannot be used in the docking station. However because the sound is much better through the line out/connection port I am trying to find a solution that would allow me to keep the IPOD in the silicon case, while also using the line out functionality.

My question - does anyone manufacture a cable that includes firewire/USB plus a line out connection? or am I simply stuck with using the IPOD's headphone jack for speaker/amp connection?
