The Apple iPod World Travel Adaptor kit contains six plugs, as described below:
603-1376 Two folding flat pins with holes = USA
603-1377 Two folding flat pins, no holes = Japan?
603-1378 Two thin round pins = ??
603-1379 Three pin plug = UK
603-1380 Two canted flat pins = Australia
603-1381 Two fatter round pins = ??
Can anyone fill the gaps?

I think both are for countries in SouthEast Asia. I was backpacking through Asia a few years back and saw both these plugs in Sri Lanka and India and (I think) also in Thailand. They used the fatter plugs for electrical devices tyhat required more power (air conditioners, refrigerators etc..). The bigger pinned plugs had these old school ceramic fuses built into the plug.
Best bet would be to give your AppleStore a call and hassle them.

Jacko,
Try checking the Electric Power Around The World ( http://kropla.com/electric2.htm) look- up table for your missing plugs or use the illustrations ( http://kropla.com/electric.htm#plugs) to find them (click on the plug and it will bring up country info)

but you don't need to buy the adaptor really...
You can just plug in a standard power cable directly into the bit that comes off (the part with the prongs on).
That's what i do anyway...saves messing with adapter plugs etc as nearly every household anywhere has at least one of them.
