MMJukebox Problem

I have a10gb I-Pod and I am using windows 2000, my problem is that after I get the message do you want to syncronize I-Pod with MMJ and I click yes, syncronizing starts and the bar graph shows the progress and then after a few minutes the program fails to respond and locks up my computer.
It has only worked correctly one time and that was during the original music download from my computer, I have contacted MMJ support numerous times and tried everything they suggested with no change, have also contacted I-Pod support at Apple with the same results. I have some song tracks on my I-pod two or three times and I am thourougly dissatisfied with MMJ.
If anyone out there could help I would appreciate it very much as I am extremely frustrated. ........Thanks Terry

What version of MMJB are you using and are do you have a 3rd generation ipod?

If you have a 3rd gen ipod (v2.0.1 or v2.0.2) make sure that you are using mmjb 7.5.5005a do not use 7.5.5002a.

I am currently using MMJ 8.0 but have also had the earlier versions with the same problem, I am not sure how to tell what generation I-Pod I have but I believe it is the second generation.
Thanks----CGAR
