yes you can sync with ephpod on to diffrent computers, you can also load of music from, ie, your home PC to your work PC.
You can use musicmatch to make playlist, and organize your mp3 - just download a version from the internet, dont use the one from the CD (my personal oppinion  ). The v8 is pretty nice for organizing your mp3 and taggin (looking tags up from the internet)

Does v8 seem to handle the tagging better than v7 did? I have not played much with v7 since I only got my new iPod on Saturday, but I know already that I don't like it.
The only thing that I have used MM so far is for ripping my CDs into MP3's. It seems to do a good job of that. How advanced is the tagging feature of MM? Will it take a song and put the correct tag info in (Artist, Song Title, and Album Title)?
I am kind of anal and want all of my MP3s to have the same format. I have never really though of it this way until I got the iPod and realize how hard it can be to sift through tons of songs when the ID3's are all screwed up.
I guess what I am looking for is a GREAT tagging utility that will cleanup all of the extra junk that you find in MP3s (that have been acquired via the web).
