I have used my ephpod rather well for the last few months..

my ipod sat unused for the last couple of weeks, and decided to fire it up and wipe it clean.. and resync all my files.

Where I used to get 5.5-8 mb/s I now get .8 max.

Are there any steps to troubleshoot what the problem could be?

i am using audigy card.. but have had no trouble before..

I have installed many proggies and uninstalled some as well.. so.. I have no idea what could cause it..

Similar problems anyone?
