Xplay Doesnt Work With New Ipod

HI,
I M HAVING WITH XPLAY , I GOT THE NEW 30 GIG IPOD AND XPLAY DOESN'T SHOW OR TRANSFER THE SONGS TO IPOD
PLZ , I NEED HELP
