Supertagging ??

Hello everyone
I've been reading this forum for quite a while now and this is my first posting.
I've been organising my music collection with MMJB the last few months and quite liked it. Now I tried out the trial version MC9 due to the smartlist feature which is clearly better the MMJBs Auto-DJ, so I'm thinking about switching completely to MC9. There's just one issue: MMJB has this amazing Supertagging feature which really works well, if you supertag a song, it looks up all the albums that featured this song and lets you choose which one you want in your tag, and even lets you modify the information before finally applying it to the file. So it gives you total control about what happens to the file when looking up song information.
With MC9, I most of the time get an error when trying to retrieve tag-info from the net, and when it finally works, it applies the new tag info without asking me if I'm happy with it. (If I look up FleetwoodMac's "the chain", I want the album info to be "rumors", and not "top 20 superhits of the 70s"!!!
Is this problem cause I just use the trial version, or is this really a feature that is much better implemented in MMJB? Cause then it doesn't make sense for me to switch to MC9, if I always have to do the supertagging with MMJB. Or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks a lot for your help

Yes, MMJB's Supertagging feature does work well. MC9's isn't quite as robust. The problem w/MMJB's tagging is that while it finds the info in a nice display and all, it doesn't actually tag well. You can read the numerous posts about Duplicate Artists etc. that folks have posted to see what I mean.

MC9 will make the tag changes w/o you being able to accept them, but you can alway just select "UNDO" from the tools button or right-click select Undo Tag Changes.

YADB (MC9's CD Database) is not as comprehensive as MMJBs, but it's getting there. I ripped a bunch of CDs myself this weekend and it found hits on all of them.

You can help by submitting your own tracks to YADB once they are tagged right.

Also, Images aren't automatically added as in MMJB's supertagging, but they are easy enough to get through a right-click.

And if the album art isn't found, you can always just play a song from the art your're trying to find the Art for, click under the Playing Now tree item click on "Artist Info". It'll take you to Allmusic.com and you can get the art from there (just save it to the C:\program files\jriver\data\cover art).
