saving albums in original track order
hello, i'm a very new user. so you may see me here a bit...
how do i save albums tracks in the order which they came in MMJB as playlists after it has finished recording the album? right now, they are listed in alphabetical order by title.
also, is there a prgram more user friendly than MMJB that goes well with iPod that i could use instead?
thanks in advance.

1. Welcome to the lounge :)
2. I dunno..I would say that you should create a playlist. Seems to me that you are just transfering the files and therefore browsing them under Artist, Album, or Genre.
3. There are many programs to make your experience much "friedlier." Xplay, Ephpod, and Media Center 9 seems to be the ones i can think of. Believe you have to pay for Media Center 9 though. Ephpod is free and I use that. However i am one of those rare breeds that actually enjoy the company of MMJB.

Thanks for the reply and the advice, Riceboi.
Whenever I record an album, it shows the tracks in alphabetical order (by track name) staright after recording is done. I would like to have my playlists by album, in the original order the album came in.
Is there no way MMJB can arrange things by track order? Can Ephpod do this?

when I assign Track # to the songs, they appear in the correct order.

Actually, I had this problem, too.
I *think* this is how I fixed it.
If your display is like mine, it's very tiny. Scroll over the right to find the column that says "track number" -- it may not appear on your screen.
Click on the heading and it should reorder the tracks from 1 to whatever.

...or drag the album up to the playlist window then click Options/Playlist/Reorder by Track...
