any mp3 tag software works for Chinese mp3 tags?

I am currently using the English version of Win2K. I have some Chinese mp3s that I need to redo the tag before I can upload to my iPOD. For those who works w/ Chinese mp3s and iPOD, you will know that the tag info will be in garbage characters if you just upload the songs to the iPOD in Win2K English mode. You have to change your default language to Traditional Chinese in order for the tag to come up correctly in iPOD.

I am currently looking for a mp3 tagger (that allows group tag and stuff) that will work with the Chinese characters under Win2k Traditional Chinese mode. I have tried mp3-tagit and mp3 observer Pro and they both give me problems. First of all, mp3-tagit (latest version) will give you an error if you try to load mp3 with chinese tags. Mp3 Observer Pro also doesn't know how to load these chinese tags correctly.

Can somebody WHO HAS DONE THIS BEFORE advice me which software to use?

Thanks in advance.

It's interesting. Can you point me to some Chinese web site with music listed? I could try to tag MP3 files using names from a web site and tell you about results.

I use mp3 internet renamer to tag the mp3's which works great with chinese tags. Too bad the program isn't under development anymore (i think). Download it from here (http://fileforum.betanews.com/download.php?fid=990004202).

After that, u can use MusicMatch Jukebox to upload the songs to your iPod. I've tried it with ehpod but that doesn't work (dunno 'bout xplay though).
