I use a Sony RX202 vaio pc with windows xp. I purchased a second 15g i pod for my son. the problem is that whilst I can conect and download music from music match and books from audible. I can't get either MM or the i pod manager to recgnise the second i pod.
The apple frequently asked questions says that I can use more than one I pod on a pc but doesn't say what to do in the case of non recognition

Any suggestions
