1.3 audible

I use a second generation scrollwheel 20mb ipod with Win XP and Xplay. I downloaded and installed the latest audible manager and 1.3 Updater. When I try to put an audible file on the ipod it says it does not support the file format. What am I doing wrong

Sounds like what you have should work.

Are you trying to transfer the file with AudibleManager or with Xplay. At this point, XPlay does not support Audible files. However, it does not seem to cause any conflicts with Audible files or AudibleManager. I find Xplay and AudibleManager to work well together.

If you are trying to transfer using AudibleManager, make sure that Xplay is not running.

If that don't help, I might have some other ideas.
