1 - is there a way to change the alphabatized order a bit?

IE: "A Life Once Lost" comes up in the "L" section, where i want it to show up in "A"

2 - is it at all possible to use drag and drop to put mp3s from the ipod BACK onto the computer if i delete them from the comp?
