Hello:

I bought a 3rd-gen 30-gig iPod about a month ago. After junking MMJB on the first day, I switched to Ephpod and everything was fine.

For awhile...

Today when I put my iPod into the dock, the thing locked up on me and I got a message from Ephpod saying that the unit wasn't recognized (or something to that effect). So I reset the iPod and reset the computer, but now everytime I reinsert it, the iPod locks up and Windows XP crashes. What's going on? And more importantly, how do I fix it?

Just as a note of interest, I installed the trial version of MC9 on my computer about a week ago, but I haven't even tried to use it with the iPod yet and I've had many successful synchs since that time using Ephpod.
