Transferring from MMJB to ephpod

OK. So I've been reading all this basing of MMJB. My question is-- can I switch from MMJB to ephpod without losing all the mp3 files that I've ripped into MMJB. Also, please spaek English-- I'm not extremely computer savvy. What's the advantages/disadvantages of ephpod to MC9? Also, is Apple coming out with itunes for PC?

OK, in simple English.

You haven't ripped any music into Musicmatch Jukebox. All of your music is most likely sitting in My Music and can be used by ephPOD, xPlay, MC 9 or any other program for that matter

All you need to do is remove MMJB, reboot the computer, install ephPOD and set it up so that is is looking at the folder MMJB put the music into. For a step by step guide you can read this message that Adam wrote. http://www.ipodlounge.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=524

I'm not sure what the plugin does, or whether you actually need it, but I'm sure someone else will step in on that.
