Problem synching
I'm using ephpod and everything has run smoothly except for an inconsistency i've discovered when i syche. To clarify and this is just an example, say I have added 5 folders (albums) to my ipod. If i synch again, for some reason ephpod will skip by some of the previously added folders (say 3 of the 5) as it recognizes that they are already on the ipod, but then will recopy the remaining two. I've checked the IDtags but I can't find a discrepecny between the ones that get skipped and those that get added on again. What am I missing? Thanks.

Sometimes you have to relaunch ephpod as its buffered database is wrong, this kind of happens to me too. After re-launching ephpod and sync'ing, it recognizes all the files as being on the ipod

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I tried that. I even rebooted. I've been adding folders periodically (now I have 10 folders with subfolders (albums) etc..., and each time I attempt to synche, Ephpod cruises through all 8 and then copies these two folders again onto my Ipod. I've deleted these songs (duplicates) on the Ipod, saved and closed Ephpod. Copied them back onto the Ipod and then attempted to Synche again, still encountering the same problem. Any additional suggestions, hints would be greatly appreciated.

If ur trying to update the tags on the mp3s that you already have on ur ipod, ephpod wont do that. Whatever changes u made to ur mp3s on ur pc doesnt affect ephpod at all. You have to delete the song from ipod and upload the edited mp3. Hope this helps
