Ipod cant seem to find any of my songs..
i'm using ephpod to synchronize my music folder with the ipod. in the "ipod view" all my songs show up under their respectieve playlists, however they don't show up under my ipod.
i think all my songs are on there, ipod manager tells me that my ipod has about 1010080 bytes used (about 1gb). however, when i unmount, and look under my playlists, or try to browse, nothing shows up.
can someon please help me?

A little search will go a long way. There's this thread ( http://ipodlounge.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3813) right below yours where the user is having the same problem. ;)
Use the "Probe iPod for Lost Music" feature.

wow. i restored my ipod using updater.exe, and uninstalled all ipod stuff except ephpod. then i opened ephpod, selected the ipod, and told it to "build ipod directory structure" and then it gave me an error saying "cannot build I:ipod_control". what gives?

to add to it, now when i try to restore my ipod using updater.exe, it says it can't unmount it.

now, when i try to run updater.exe it says "ipod service error". it says this whether or not i have the ipod connected.
