When installing the error message "can not locate 27616.msi" in Windows install directory appears, but the installation finishes.

Starting mmjb the machine just hangs, the start screen of mmjb (7.5) appears and then the player itself, but then nought. A list manager and MusicMatch are active in the task list taking 90% CPU time, but nothing else.. anyone had similar experiences?
(or solved them)
