Do the playlists take up additional space?

Just wondering if anyone can confirm - if I add an album to a playlist using Xplay are these songs then classed as being on the iPod twice?

playlists take up a very very very small amount of space on the ipod and adding songs to playlists will not duplicate the song on the ipod -- there is still just one copy of the song. playlists are shortcuts to songs already on the ipod.AMG at 2007-11-15 17:22:19 >
