The answers to most of the questions regarding MC9/ipod can be found here on the forum, but occasionally a problem will come up that Adam or Kurt can't fix--that can only be fixed by the developers of MC9 over at Jriver. If you are having a particular problem, especially with ripping/encoding or playback issues, go to the JRiver Message Board:

It would be a good idea to post issues like these over there so they can get fixed--and these type of issues will get top priority over there. I know some people are still occasionally getting errors (from some of my private messages), if this is happening consistently, please post over at Jriver--not trying to deflect problems, I'll help (and more importantly Adam and Kurt) will help where possible...
