Deletion

I am still working out all of the bugs for my self and Ephpod and the iPod. Here is a problem(s) that I am having:

1) I have a song that must have been encoded or ripped or whatever wrong because it is 3 seconds of silence. It is by Pearl Jam - Around the Bend. Even if that is the way that the song is supposed to be I want to get rid of it and Ephpod will not let me. I also have duplicate of a VanHalen song. Why will they not go away. I delete them or attempt to and then save changes and then sync. I am guessing that since the songs are in genre playlists that Ephopd creates that it puts them back in or something, because they reappear...

2) The other problem is that about every third time that I save and sync and close out or whatever I have only 1 or 2 playlists and then a blank arrow (>) followed by nothing and that is it when the screen in Ephpod showed maybe 7 or 8 playlists. Why does it seem to do that inconsistently or what am I doing wrong there.

Thanks for any help and I did try the search and could not quite get my questions answered. Someone else is currently having trouble with their playlists too.
