2 computers 1 database
Ok here is the deal I use my home pc to sinc my music collection but I also would like to use my work PC. Can I install MC9 on both and have my ipod updat both pc's. or is there a master DB I can copy back and forth.

Yes--you can download from your ipod to either PC no problem (I've been doing this quite a bit lately, in a slightly different context...;) )..Or download from either PC to your ipod as well...

Let me make sure I understand what you're asking: If you're asking will the ipod update your PC, no it won't--synching (to my ever shrinking base of knowledge) is a one way street from your computer to your ipod. However, you can move the tracks from your ipod to your pc manually by opening up your ipod under "CD, DVD and Handhelds", selecting the songs you want to download to your pc, right clicking, then downloading to pc (Make sure you remember where you sent them to in your 'puter).
Now you'll need to go into File>Library>Import media--and import the tunes you just downloaded. They'll be there in your library (if you need to change any file fields simply click on "recently imported; if you're using smartlists, and all your tags are the way you want them, you don't need to do anything--they'll automatically go to the correct smartlist. Not as elegant as a simple synch from the ipod to your computer, but it works well...
