Supernewb Questions

Need a few questions answered regarded ephpod. First off, all my albums are arranged in folders in my hard drive with no playlists within them. Using ephpod I am transferring the songs from each album and tagging them properly with ephpod. Should I tag all my music with another program so that if I lose all my files on my ipod I will have them already tagged and ready to retransfer? I would also like to know what the sync feature is in ephpod.

Thanks for your replies

You could try using Media Center 9, which will allow you to change the tags on your pc, it has a 30 day trial after which it'll cost $40. Or if you have room on your hard drive you can dump your ipod into a directory, you'll be able to restore from there.

To save the tags, and you want to use a free program, use ID3-TagIT. My choice.

Tag and Rename is probably the best (shareware though) bloody tagging program ever written. Give that a shot.
