Error Code 23

What is Error Code 23 mean when transverring songs to the iPOD?

I get it all the time when I sync. I can sync three times in a row and each time a different set of songs will come up with this error code...

I really want to like MC9...and if it weren't for this problem, I'd be 100% satisfied.

Ok, try this: go into file, choose library, pick udate library, and make sure the delete files not on HD (Or something to that effect--I think it's the second box down) and then try synching again.
