New synching problem-Please help!

I was having problems with synching and getting memory errors so I switched to the earlier version of MMJB that this forum recommended. Everything was fine for awhile, until I added about 15 CDs to my library and tried to synch again. Up to this point i'd loaded about 18 Gigs of music and had 10 Gigs free. When I tried to Sych, im getting a message that theres not enough roon on the eipod. It seems as if it may be trying to load the whole library on top of whats already there. I only added an additional 15 CDs with 10 Gigs of free space, so space shouldnt be an issue. Also after I click the error message re: lack of space, there is another error messgae behind that one which is similiar to the ones that I used to get when trying to sych on version 7.5. Any ideas? Thanks!

You could always reset and reformat, and update your iPod & iPod software and then re-sync your entire library...? maybe others have another idea, but that would probably be simpliest and easiest.

Not to just give up, but that's what most of us have done w/MMJB. Quite a long time ago. It's so buggy and slow. There are such better options out there. Check out MC9, Xplay or ephpod.

You can read about each in the Software Compendium (http://ipodlounge.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2286)
