Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had a good procedure for "upgrading" to a newer iPod. Perhaps it is simpler than I think. I want to duplicate everything, including the name, from one iPod to another. I have contacts and other data on it as well as music. The Mac and iTunes can recognize different iPods based on serial number, correct? So do I have to do anything first, before swapping? Are there any good utilities for this?
