I plugged in my iPod this morning and the screen on the iPod displayed a Spinning Disk With a Magnifing Glass  . I tried resetting the iPod, restoring to factory settings, and when i connect the iPod to my computer nothing happens, it just displays that image and therefore, I cant restore it.. HELP!!!

I had the exact same problem. Apple couldn't after an hour on the phone. They said since it'is such a new product they don't have all the bugs worked out. They told me to return it. Sucks.

Heh. Most companies work the bugs out before releasing the product...
