What if i cancel my .mac account?

If I cancel my .mac account will I lose the ability to play my music? Sounds like I need to contact Apple on this one. I was planning not ot renew my .mac membership in September. But I want to make sure I can transfer my songs to my existing AppleID, so that they will keep working.

That's a good question. I'd assume it doens't matter, since the songs you've downloaded are alreayd on your computer, and assigned to your copy of iTunes. You're supposed to be able to deregister a computer so as to move tracks to another, which suggests to me that a computer doens't have to have active .mac info on it for the sogns to work.eustacescrubb at 2007-11-15 16:47:42 >
