I went to the apple store today and got my ipod reformatted for osx. My mac recognizes the ipod, there is an ipod icon on the desktop. However, there is no ipod icon in itunes. Maybe im doing something wrong here? I tried running the software updater but the update/restore buttons aren't active. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
