Viewing and Saving Videos From The iMS
I wasn't even aware that there were music videos in the music store until a friend showed me last night (I haven't played with it much). Anyway...most of the featured artists have their own special page with a video on it (two high quality versions, small and large) that will play directly in the iTunes window. Pick the version of your choice and let it load completely. Without closing the window, go to find and search for items with the following criteria: visibility - all, date modified - today and file name contains - "QTPluginTemp". The file you're looking should come up in the results called "QTPluginTemp#######" Just drag that file from the search results to your desktop and rename in "video.mov". That's it.

Justin:
Leave the iTunes window on the video.
Go to the Finder, and do a Find. Set your Find parameters to visibility=all, date modified=today, and file name contains= "QTPluginTemp."
You'll get a result with "QTPluginTemp" and a bunch of numbers. Drag and drop the file from the Find window to your Movies folder and rename it using the name.mov format.

There was a program called "Gotcha!" on www.versiontracker.com recently that did the same thing for you. However, I lost the program, and can't seem to find it again.
Thanks for the tip!
Edit -- The program is iGetMovies and is for Mac OSX
