Where is the FREE ZIP CASE?

Two days ago I went to my local iPod retailer and low and behold eXo had finally made it to my store. Now I could see what I am buying but after asking a few questions I was told by a puzzled sales person that there was no Lajo TPU case. He did not even know what a TPU case was. The packaging showed that www.iskin.com was the supplier. What is going on, is the offer over? I want my free TPU cases. Did anyone else have this experience?

My company sells eXo to a number of Distributors, they are independent from my marketing plan. All of the people under my system www.lajo.biz market the product as I direct and that is always with a free TPU zip case. This has not changed and will continue. All the resellers that buy from my distributors get their eXos packaged in my TPU zip case. If you were to buy zip separately you would pay $10 so it is a nice bonus and you deserve it.Lajo at 2007-11-15 15:43:28 >

Don't mean to be a jerk, here, but iSkin.com advertised the MaClear Zip cases for Pre-Order customers only, and called it a "special offer." After the pre-order time period, that offer disappeared.As much as I hate iSkin.com for their handling of the eXo delays in pre-ordering, I can't fault them for not including a MaClear case after the pre-orders *when it is not advertised as being sold that way.*
It's a shame that they're not choosing to sell in the way Lajo intends, and in the way that we'd prefer, but we really are in no position to complain for them not supplying something that is not advertised as part of their package.

I have a question. Perhaps I've misunderstood how things work, but I'm a bit confused.Lajo says if I order from his site, lajo.biz, it'll be directed to the 'nearest' distributor, which in my case is the thinkdifferentstore. Now I can also go to their site (thinkdifferentstore.com) and order a eXo also.
But what seems to confuse me is that I may not get the same thing. If I order from lajo.biz, I'll get a zip case too, but if I order from thinkdifferentstore I may or may not, depending on what they (thinkdifferent) decide?
Is that right?
