Can anyone tell me what kind of case this is?
All,
I purchased this case a few months back at Compusa for my 10gb ipod (gen2). Best buy has since replaced my 10gb with a new style 15 when it died, so this case is not longer useful to me. I want to place it in the classified forum, but I am not certain as to the maker of the case (I do not have the packaging).
Is this a groove jacket, or something else?
Thanks
Dan

No cooling holes in back, so it isn't the iSkin 2nd generation case. I'd guess the gruve jacket.

I believe it's the DLO Jam Jacket

It's got two curved triangle shaped indents, on the top left and top right of the circle. Does that help distinguish it?

Yup its a DLO Jam Jacket. I used to have one for my old G2 ipod.

You mean like these?
The Groove Jacket, shown above, was the original silicon iPod sleeve case. The ones that followed did seem to resemble the Groove Jacket initially and were the subject of postings over on the old forum (http://www.xsorbit1.com/users/dennx/index.cgi?board=ipodgear&action=display&num=1030506925&start=0) and a few ruffled feathers..........;)

Madpict,
What is that little case your ipod is laying on? Is it one of the Marware Sportsuits?
Thanks,

Russ,
It is a Lowepro D-Res 100 PDA pouch. I got it when iPod cases in the UK were thin on the ground. It only cost me ?9 ($13.50) and offered reasonable protection for the iPod - the inside is a soft brushed material so no scratches and it had a pouch for earphones. It even had room for a Groove Jacketed iPod. That and a velcro belt attachment made it great for travelling too.

Thanks. That's what I was wondering-if there was enough room for the ipod in an iskin case. Does anyone know if the Marware Sportsuit will fit a pod with the iskin case on? I need a little travel case that holds the clip, buds, and iskin.

Russ,
Here (http://hometown.aol.co.uk/MadPict/images/GJiPodDRes100.JPG) is the same case with the iPod + GJ inside - it isn't all the way in, but it lets you see the small pouch at the front which is big enough to take the Sony EX70's in the pic. There is no access to the iPod controls, but that was not really why I got it - it was a travel case, and it did that job fine.

Madpict,
That looks Kinda like what I need. Does the GJ have a belt clip on it? It looks like there is still room for it.
