My iskin.com experience

So.. I placed an order around Aug 23/24th, had my credit card billed the 25th, and heard nothing... last week I left a voice mail and sent them an email, asking them what the status was since I was a bit miffed my card had been billed so far of advance of shipping. No response from them.

I called yesterday and spoke to someone who assured me that it would be sent out the same day -- and she said this instantly, seemingly without enough time to even look up what my order was, confirm they had it in stock, etc. But sure enough, to their credit I got my order today. Case, screen protector, clip -- but no clear case. Technically, they don't advertise that it comes with the clear case, but my impression was that ALL the iskin eXos came with the clear case. Have others ordered from iskin.com and received the clear case as part of their order?

Anyway my advice for those still waiting for their stuff from iskin.com is to call... I mean I don't know if they're genuinely a great company that's overwhelmed by a massive number of orders, or if they're just extraordinarly slow or what, but in my case getting through to someone there seemed to make all the difference (I believe others have mentioned this too).

You are right they have been hit with a tidal wave of orders and our production problems in China have not helped their situation. I am sure they will get everything together soon.
