The belt clip is pretty stable. It has a locking feature that locks the clip onto the stud so it will not just pop off easily. You must push a button to get it to slid off.

Another nice feature is the stud attached to the case is very sturdy.

The nature of the case is very stretchable and snaps back to original shape so if you bump something the case gives some and will snap back. Versus a hard case were two rigid items bump agains each other one of them must give.

It can't be easily ripped off the clip. However, I do find it very wobbly.

Thanks for that. Doesnt seem very deep (like the original case that comes from Apple) so worried about it falling off. You had this happen at all.

I am working on my own design for the belt clip part. The one I am using is 1 of 2 standard off the shelf belt clips for phones and other items that attach to your belt. My design is the metal stub for eXo and for zip cases.

I have my mold designer working out the bugs and hope to be in production by early next month. I need it badly for all the cases I am working on for mobile phone, PDA, digital cameras...

I hate what I have now but I have no choice.

I will try to make the new clip from formed metal if possible or extremely high grade plastic

Sounds good Lajo. Something that is deep and wide like the design on the apple ipod cover would be good. Gives you piece of mind that it isnt going to fall off your belt in transit!
