That article refers to ackNOWLEDGE as being the developer of the case. Isn't that the company that runs iskin.com? They also link to iskin.com. Lajo, I bet you will lose business from the casual person that tries to order from that company and experiences customer service at its worst. I really want to see the iskin exo succeed, but things like this might be a hiderance.

I have seen another article that names ackNOWLEDGE as the company who made the iskin, there is a lot of people in this site that has express our opinions of really bad service and customer support, Before looking to this forums I didnt knew Lajo was the owner of this designs.

I think I mentioned before that iSkin the name belongs to Acknowledge even though I partnered it by attaching it to my designs and I promoted the name and my designs in the advertising I buy every month with MacWorld and here with iPodlounge.com and Maccentral.com and MacWorld?s new digital magazine. You will notice that recently the attention is drawn to the name eXo and not iSkin and you will soon see a new label for my new designs starting with the new case design for iPod 10gb 2nd gen that I will be testing this Sunday. When I was in the art gallery business one of the practices was to identify that artist with the gallery and that is the case here between Acknowledge and myself. Andrew of Acknowledge is an incredible designer and you can see that from his website, I expect that he will be coming out with some of his own designs and when he does I will be happy to promote his label on my site which is design to handle multi labels. In fact if you have the desire to design a case and get it into the market place I would be happy to look at and if we come to an agreement, promote your label, you name and your design to the people the frequent my site and to the distributors that work in partnership with me on getting the word and the designs out and onto your iPods.

Well the guy sure designs the website nicely. Too bad the store is so poorly run. I have sent several emails over the past couple of months and they have not ackNOWLEDGEd any of them.

I have the older iPod, all wheel. Do the iSkins for this model not have the belt clip and screen protector? I've never seen one.

The belt clip for zip can be used with the older iSkins. We are making a special one though with a longer screw for the extra thickness of the iSkin vs zip. Screen protectors will follow
