jr hill and company wrap
does anyone use this for their 3g ipods? its sounds nice but i have a question: they say the top is opened in the description, isn't it vulnerable?
for my 2g ipod i bought a lot of pda screen protector and wrapped my ipod in it, cutting aroung the buttons adn wheel..i dont wanna go through this with my 3g ipod which i will get very soon..
i am gonna look on goolge for any premade clear protection for the ipods

the iskin exo looks most promising..i like how everything is covered..however, is the screen protector included in the package? also, is is possible to remove the belt clip completely? i mean so that you just end up with the ipod in its wrap without anything on its back?

Hello, You can remove the stud part of the belt clip attachment but the base part is still let onto the case. The screen protector is included with all of the iskin EXO cases.
If you want a thin clear case, you should be looking at the Maclear zip case from Lajo, the maker of the iskin cases.

the base for the belt clip isn't that big though right?

The base once the screw stud is removed is maybe 1/8". so not very big.
They are a great case and the colors add a lot of character to the ipod. People love them.

Lajo: well, i have to say after about 2hours looking for as much info on the eXo as i could gather, i am impressed..its the only case that does exactly what i want: protect the ipod completely(even the top! why would anyone leave the top unprotected??). I have one major problem with these cases though: all the colors are way too cool! lol..seriously, so many bright a fresh colors, amusing and serious..its crazy..i just ordered my ipod, and i want to order an iskin too so that i get them both at about the same time..i want no scratches on my ipod! :) i am gonna have to decide on which color looks the most "serene(calm?)"..i'll have to see..are there new versions coming out soon? cuz if there are some soon, then i'll wait..
anyways, i am getting tired from all this excitement..

If you are looking for a iskin that maintain the look of the ipod you shoul look one of the original line of colors, ice (almost clear), frosted (translucent white) or snow (solid white). I have ice and snow and prefer the second one for a more conservative look it looks cool but you can see the back. I also have the maclear zip case good case to. I may get another colors or maybe another case by Lajo I am still waiting for those new designs he has promissed

I haven't ordered from them, as I have a G2 case and the price from techreactions is way better (although the parent company seems to make a G2 version with extras to cover the power adapter that techreactions doesn't have) http://www2.ocn.ne.jp/~bbshop/USA/

If you want your iPod cover but not changed then look at eXo - original and you will have 3 colors that do just that. You can find these colors by going to www.lajo.biz/iskin then click on iPod then click on eXo and you will see the 3 of them in the color group - original
