This is when I put in my order for La Rouge 30Gb:

Still nothing. TWO MONTHS LATER! :mad:
And I have been trying to get the order changed to White Frost (because I like it more and it should be readily available) for a few weeks, have contacted them at least four (4) times, but no response whatsoever! :mad:
How is it possible for me to order Sony EX-71s from Osaka, Japan, and get them in less than a week, and these iSkin people are still wringing their hands? What a sorry state of affairs.
How many emails, customer contacts etc. do you usually need to make to get through to these people? Or is it easier just to cancel the order and order from somewhere else? Or just not give my money to iSkin and get a Vaja case? :confused:

YADIC LMAO! IM sorry guys, but the truth is that you guys ordered before Iskins were as big as they have become. So basicly they were just in short number and all yallz ordered the rarest colorst on top of that. So basicly I would try to send about 100 emails to the company and see what happens...

It's your call, but that's what I did. I'm not holding my breath over the refund, but at least I've got my eXo (from TDS)
BTW, my color was not rare (asphalt) it's been "in stock" for weeks.
