It's not as if Canada was the only one who didn't support the US invasion on Iraq. Canada was looking for a UN backed invasion, as you can see now the US is asking for troups from the UN but won't reliquinsh their control of the govenment back to the Iraqis. Hopefully the UN and especially Germany and France will stop blocking UN aide. But here I go getting all political. Summary I love Canada, and the US is like a brother, but peacefull solutions are better then the waring kind.

I love my home, the USA, and I also love my new Exo iSkin Electra.

Lajo - I bought the indigo iSkin for the powerbook. Great, but I can't see the keys (I touchtype, so not a big deal, but still....) Are the asphalt and snow the only ones with the letters imprinted?

I might get the Electra one, to match my iPod. Sad, huh? ;)

The screen protectors are tinted and you can see the display without the back light with most, when the back light reflects through the lens you get an exciting colored display.

Lajo, please stick to what you do best... that's making cool products. It's not a good idea to make general blanketed statements about things you have only half the story about. Before you begin to lose die hard customers, me included, I suggest you leave your political views off this forum. I love my iPod, and I love to give people my opinion on all the gadget stuff I get. I will continue to give my reviews as long as we stay on topic. I'm surprised the moderators haven't stepped in yet.

your work lajo, is amazing. don't let anybody stop you from that. Politics may be an important factor in the safty of your community, but that isn't the reason why we are here.

You are absolutely right, music has been my safety release when I painted during the early hours of the morning and here in China. You will pleased to know that music is alive a well in China. the Chinese like to rock.

The colored screen protector (7 different colors) will be $4.50 each to start but they may be part of a promo so wait until everything is ready this week.

I have to go to Hong Kong right now, I can tell you that we will be preparing the internet pages tomorrow.

you got to get this stuff up. I just got payed this week and i want to see the pearl, and i cant wait to get my indigo protector you sent me so i can try it out with my caribbean. Do these screen protectors get in the way of seeing the screen, does the color interfere? thanks,

Awsome Lajo but just wondering, is the carribean like a light blue like the color of some people's backlight. The really blue one?

And also when i order an exo from your website do i have a choice of color of screen protector?

This program is being worked on now and hopefully will be available in about a week. I just want to make sure it is in place because there is no way to manually keep track of this. You will surely get the offer of 50% as sure as the sun rises in the morning. I will post something here and give a few options and see which one people would prefer and then set it on my system and then for a set period you will be able to get some compensation for all the pain - this will be honored by all my distributors and they will pass on the offer to retailers so that they too can pass it on to you. So tell Daddy that there is still hope for the human race.

There is something else coming up that will allow you to save every time you order online and will give you cash points that you can use or cash in. As much as I love designing I love unique marketing concepts and computerized control to implement these.

It's only about 20ish USD - I'm sure someone would stick an exo on their card for you.

Maybe sell them in packages of 3. I'm sure I will like to swtich up my screen protectors to a diff. color now and then. =)

cool I just ordered jamaica, fiji light, and rose deep and the toal was 14.98 with shipping. Can't wait to get them.

I am working on the 2nd gen iPod now. There will be a new case for the 2nd gen iPod also, I am testing the case this weekend and if eveything is fine it will be released in about 7 days once we have produced a few colors for it.

Lajo-- You should have your web programmer make a comprehensive color viewing Java applet for your website.

I'm talking something like the car manufacturer's websites have. I'm imagining high-quality, REAL photos of ALL the colors of eXo and shades that you have. The user would then be able to *mix-and-match* to actually SEE different combinations, and determine the combination that they like best.

The case is new and the iShades will work with both the new case the the previous iSkin case.

Java program - is being worked on now and will be up soon

Yesterday we tested the new 2nd gen iPod case and I think it is going to be standard for new cases but I will leave that up to you when I release it this month. The current iShades do not fit it perfect enough for my taste, the screen protector for that case will be completed in about 3 to 4 weeks or less depending on the mold. I may release the case and give the current iShades out and replace them with the new ones when they are produced.

I agree it is awesome that you are still developing for the 2G iPod owners, I gave my buddy, who has a 2G iPod and iSkin, one of my screen protectors to use with his iSkin and a MacClear, he thought they were great. I will have to let him know that you are planning to produce a new 2G case. As it is right now I kind of like the molding the 2G iSkins had with the raised area around the screen.

I also hope that you keep developing for the 3G when the 4G comes out someday ;)

Yes it fits the new 3g 20gig iPod. The color screen protectors iShades are accessories for the new eXo and for my new iPod case to be released next week. I checked out Lajo's site...and I couldn't find the photos...so thanks for the URL! I have the Aura iSkin...it's a little more neon than I was expecting, but I like glowing...things. I'm thinking of getting another color, too, I just haven't decided yet.

I'd definitely like a location-based forum. I'd definitely join the PiPUG (does it even exist yet? ;)) And we could always sit around at a Starbucks somewhere and loudly talk about how great our iPods are...haha.

I agree with you on the color... I like the idea of glowing, just not daytime neon-ness... Perhaps I'll get an Electra.

Really? That many Phoenix people? That's pretty amazing...

I like the look of the SkyLite...it doesn't seem as overwhelmingly neon as Aura, but then again, Aura didn't look super-neon in the photos, either. Hmmm.

Are you a Mac person in general? I've been thinking of joining a Mac user group in Phoenix, just to learn more about the OS and hardware...get a bit more into beginner's technical stuff, as opposed to general knowledge...if that makes any sense. :P do you know of any good user groups? :)

Starbuck is the place to meet, I was in one here in Shenzhen and I saw someone with an iBook so Mac is breaking ground here in China too.
