Upset with iskin.com

I ordered an exo the second day it was available on iskin.com in bubblegum for 30gb. I got a confirmation email and then through all the saga i never heard from them. Then when i heard that the bubblegum was shipping i egarly awaited it at my door. I never got it, never got a shipping confirmation, and my computer drive was hit by a virus and wiped out the confirmation number i saved. THey charged my credit, I sent them an email a week ago then another 3 days ago and no response. i called and they didn't answer and then it said that their mailbox was full. I want my iskin exo!!!! I ordered when it had free shipping and I am not willing to order again when i have already payed for one!! This is my mother's credit card(im a teen) and i worked really hard doing chores and running erends all day so she would get it for me(she wont take cash to use her credit) before the free shipping offer ran out, and so i could be one of the first in line. I went to sleepaway camp and I couldn't wait to get home to see my exo and i was rudely disapointed. I think my mom has forgotten about it and i dont want to remind her(long story involves getting a speck skin with my headphones and not telling her and her thinking the skin is the iskin and if i got it im sure she wouldn't notice and even if she did wouldn't care (she didnt care how much i spent) and would have a problem with buying a second case again, a bunch of other issues too, and i left 30$ in her wallet to clear my consionsience)and use her credit another time. I really want my iskin!!! Lajo, is there any way that you can call a direct line for iskin and let them know of my problem because they dont seem to listen when i ask them. thanks. ps is any one else having this problem?

I had this problem too.
After several emails, they finally sent it.
But I'm still waiting for my Screen Protector .. which I don't think I'll ever receive.

what should i say to get their attention? and a screen protector? is there any other number for them? please help, as stressed before, I WANT MY ISKIN!! squibbles, what date/approx time did you order? maybe their server was screwed up during the moment that we ordered? how could this happen? when did they send it to you?

someone please help me. this is really upsetting cause i dont wanna draw my moms attn to this on her credit but i dont want iskin to get away with $30 of my money free!

Don't worry iSkin.com is not running, I had a conversation with the owner and yesterday they shipped out about 500 eXos, any shortages on zip cases they will make good on them. Screen protectors I have have about 20,000 of them here in China and I can support any distributor needs. They made a bad judgement call not to ship what they could have from the time eXo was available but that is now history they can not change that but only learn from it.

I understand that they're not running now, but i still don't understand how to reach them, lajo is there anyway if you have a spare second, you can notify them that this is happening to people, because you seem to be the only one who can reach them..... i sent them now a total of 6 emails and have yet to get a response and on top of this i love the idea of your pearl color, when will they have it so if i ever get "ackNOWLEDGE"d as a person I want to change to that or fuji or caribbian, btw GREAT IDEAS! They're gorgeous and I just got jeans and a top that would look great with them clipped on! lol, also to go a bit off topic, what colors do the screen protectors come in?
