iSkin.coms "Pre-Order Now!" sign
Does it bother anyone else that iSkin.com is still taking pre-orders about a month after it was supposed to first ship? I mean, I know cuz I've been following the boards and I also have an order with them that they've been having "problems." But, doesn't anyone think they should have gotten past the "pre-order" stage by now, since it has already been officially released? I dunno... I just get miffed everytime I see that "Pre-Order Now!" sign.
Also, it seems that everyone who has gotten their iSkin eXo from iSkin.com has ordered a White Frost. Has anyone gotten any other color? Specifically, the SkyLite GLO? The website said that the GLOs have been shipping.
The reason I haven't gone over to the thinkdifferentstore is because I want the SkyLite GLO.
Oh, yeah, and since this is my first post... iPod is AWESOME! Started me buying CDs again.

Also, um, I guess the iSkin website says "Click to Pre-Order" and "Pre-Order Today," and not "Pre-Order Now!" I know that's... trivial, at best, but... y'know.

I have an order for the Sky Lite as well (30 GB). I received an email on August 11 from iskin.com; you will be interested to know...

No statement on when they are expecting the MaClears. (Also, note that the above post from "iskin/Joe" is from ThinkDifferentStore.com, not iskin.com. That can be a bit confusing.)

Thanks. I knew that was ThinkDifferent and not iSkin.com (is iSkin.com even aware of these boards?). I appreciate the info.
So... it wouldn't be crazy to figure that they'd ship on, say, the 18th, or sometime early next week, and it would get here by the end of next week, right? But then again, you never know.
Mm, but I think I'll stick with iSkin.com for this order. I really appreciate good service, though, and Joe from ThinkDifferent responded to my post quickly whereas iSkin.com has provided very little info... so my future purchases for my iPod will probably be done with ThinkDifferent.
