In fact, why not just stick the iPod itself in the laundry along with a red t-shirt? I think I read on another thread that some guy had put his iPod through the wash and it had survived.
edit - update: I was a bit p*ssed off with Lajo yesterday but I have to hand it to him, he did a stand-up job of dealing with my gripe (posting publicly on the 'lounge probably helped but even so). I shall try again with the iSkin.
