macclear case

does anyone own the macclear case that is unsatisfied with it? The macclear will be my third case, starting with the jam jacket, then iskin exo (terrible). I want to be able to have a snug fit, protect the pod and the screen, and lastly PRESERVE THE APPEARANCE OF THE IPOD

anyone feel that the macclear makes the ipod harder to use?

1. mine had no screen protector
2. expensive
3. can't see the ipod's original beauty
4. after 1 day stretching the iskin to get it out became tiresome.
5. hold button not easily accessable.

The reason your iPod didn't come with a screen protector is because they havn't even shipped them yet.

Just out of curiousity...did you click the link i had posted on one of the forums for the auction? cause if you didn't that would be one strange coincidence. :-) ...by the way, your iskin is all packaged up and ready to be sent out monday.

No, I did not see the link, I just noticed a similiarity between your name on ebay and on here. Thanks for letting me know on the shipping. I have a whitefrost exo, so this will be my 2nd alt color. I'll be sure to leave u positive feedback when the item arrives.

i got the 30gb iskin accidentally without the screen protector. A combination of not having the screen protected, having to stretch the case every time to get the pod in and out, and having the wrong size made me sell it right back on ebay the next day for a measely $8 :-(

No wonder you had to stretch it, genius :(

Read the post and understand that if i bought the 30gb iskin which is BIGGER than my 10gb ipod then there would be no stretching as the 30gb ipod is BIGGER kapiche? follow along before you make stupid comments.

ok, deftdrummer, in my opinion, i don't think there's a need for stretching the case every single day because iSkin is the type of case you can just store your ipod in and not have to take it out. Even for docking, the bottom can easily be stretched out, but there's pretty much no need for taking the iPod out of the iSkin entirely. If you have the need for that, I guess iSkin really isn't the right case for you, but in my opinion, the iSkin is a very well made product. Maybe if you get yourself a 10/15gb White Frost version, you'll be much happier.

Was it too hard to tell the vendor that you received the wrong one?

# 13 Re: macclear case
they don't care if i received the wrong one. It was off ebay and it was my mistake. Either way i dont think i would have been happy with the one in my size anyways. I use the hold button a lot and the fact that it's not easily acessable does not make me inclined to buy another case. And by the way IiIiIiI i take my ipod in and out of the case multiple times a day, for work, school, driving. That's why. So the iskin is just not for me.

The hold button is actually very accessible through the iSkin eXo case. Its just a matter of stretching the hole with your finger so that you can push the hold switch. Requires barely any effort at all.

whatever, to me that's not acessible. I started this thread so people could tell me how they like the macclear case -- not so they could tell me im wrong for not liking the exo

I hope that helps.
