For all the peeps waiting for the new 3G iSkin........
I just got this email:

"Hello Jason,

Thank you for contacting us. Due to the unexpected delay we have experienced
all iSkin eXo pre-orders will be shipped out early next week. You will
receive your package as soon as possible. You will be notified by email of
your shipment, including a tracking number.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I called also and they told me they were waiting to receive there stock...I guess they just tell you whatever they feel like... But i am just being a typical Princess-y american right? because I want the product I paid for?

why should I give it up? Just because I wont be bent over by a company that cannot fulfill its promises and obligations to its cutomers? Why should customers be charged IN FULL for a product and not get it for a month? Crappy companies do this because customers likre you allow them to do it. Quality companies like Apple do not charge you until the product has shipped. Crap companies do not. I know im not the only one who is really frustrated so you are going to have to deal with it or dont read the posts

johnny you read my post wrong man, I was referring to the fact that you were bringing the princess-y american comment to yet another thread, where tina hasn't even posted. As for you not being happy about not getting your case, complain away it doesn't bother me one bit, I too am getting a little upset with the delays. I was just trying to difuse the poison that has been seeping into these threads lately.

Best way to complain is to not buy the product if you hate their customer service. If you're that angry and you're *still* going to buy the case...yeah, that's probably being princess-y.

My apologies in advance, BTW. I just read some of the other posts and realized how the "princess" comment was being used. That's not my intent. All I want to point out is that if you're furious, the best way to make that clear to the company is by refusing to buy their product. Foot-stomping, ranting...all healthy outlets, but not very effective.

Well I just ordered a different color iSkin from thinkdifferentstore.com. At least I will get an iSkin soon. And now I will have an asphalt as well as a fusion!

We should have most colors in early next week. I will find out exactly which colors and post them here

Just got this e-mail

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We are anticipating an update from our factory, and apologize for the delays that have occurred. We do not have a ship date as of yet, but will inform you when we do.

If this delay continues, we will make a decision to ship the iSkin eXo cases without screen protectors, and ship screen protectors when available. We would prefer to send out a package including everything, our customers paid for a quality product, but we do not want to wait anymore then our customers.

We have posted a notice to our eXo Customers stating as much on our website, and will update it as we find out more information for you.

We thank you for your patience regarding this situation.
