So which cases/skins actually cover the iPods screen?

I am seriously looking into cases/skins for my new 3 gen. 15GB iPod, and I really don't want one unless it comes with protection for the screen. I have been poking around through the Cases Forum here, and there seems to be many different cases, but I have not seen one yet (unless I clumsily overlooked it) that offers the screen protection. So are there any? And are they good? Thanks.

My Marware Sports Convertible covers the screen.

vanillamike--Very cool...the product looks great, but I think I'll wait until they start shipping regularly; I've heard lots of people on here wondering "why their cover isn't here yet?"

rt297--more info? Link?

Sure. Here's a link to the Marware case. http://www.marware.com/convertible3G.html
On another note, I ordered an iskin exo from Thinkdifferent, and was trying to get a confirmation on the order. Yesterday, Joe from Thinkdifferent mailed me back to say that my order was confirmed, and that the iskins were in stock, but they were waiting on the correct screen protectors. I emailed him back and asked if there was any chance of getting mine by the end of the week, as I am going on a two week trip Saturday, and it would be great to have it for the trip. He replied by saying he would send it out today along with a prototype screen protector to get me by.
That's great customer service. Well above the call of duty, so I have to give Thinkdifferent 3 thumbs up. I know others have commented on the iskin's that they have gotten at the Expo, but I will let you know how it looks when I get it. Great, thanks so much for all the info rt297. I think I'm pretty much set on the iSkin eXo now. So the iSkin eXo on the thinkdifferentstore.com is the same as the one on iskin.com? What would be the difference of buying one from the thinkdifferent store vesus iskin.com? Also, I heard talk that the 10 and 15GB iSkin eXo's are a little too tight...so some people apparently have gotten the 30GB iSkin size for their 10 and 15GB models? I just don't want to order one that's too small. Thanks.

I just like Thinkdifferent because they have treated me pretty well. I don't know about the tightness. I willl try and post on that when I get it if I still have time before I leave. I imagine a little tight is good so it can breakin a little, but that remains to be seen. You could always lube it up with some of your girlfriend's KY jelly.
And yes, it is the same iskin as iskin.com.

Ya I don't see how they could sell and iSkin for the 10 and 15 that doesn't fit. Seems like the think different store offers the same deal and for a whole dollar cheaper. I got free shipping when I pre-ordered mine with iSkin.com so that is what sold me (that and I am in Canada so I figure shipping should be fast as iSkin is based of of Toronto). However it has been delayed. I wonder if the think different store is in the same pinch regarding the screen protectors.

Aside from that I have the DLO action jacket. It is similar to the marware case but without the removable front cover (it is $10 cheaper as a result). The construction is very good, that plastic matches up well and protects everything but the jog wheel and the buttons. Like everything else it gets a bit dirty over time, but better it then my pod. It came with a swivel belt clip and an arm band, I use it for working out and jogging and it works great.

I have posted this on another post. According to Lajo, the creator of the iskin exo. The reason they are not shipping yet is because the screen shades are not in yet. He has offered to send iskin alone and dock 5 bucks off, but I decided to wait. So basically, because of iskin.com 's offer on free shipping and FREE screen shade, they cannot ship until the shades come in. This explains why other stores carry the iskins already. Simply because they have not promised a screen shade. If you would like your ipod case RIGHT THIS MINUTE, then contact iskin.com and tell them you do not want to wait for the screen shade. I am sure they will send without just like lajo.biz said.

Or, you can wait and get the second bonus case from thinkdifferentstore.com, which is a Maclear2 case which you can use to either put in your iPod accesories or the iPod itself.
