iskin computer problem

i just shot off an email to iskin to ask what the hold up was and put in my confirmation information and they person replied that i was one of the 1st that will be receving the iskin because of my order date...however in reality i ordered the day before the presale ended. what should i do? Ask iskin about the problem or act dumb and hope for the best?
