intial impressions is i'm pretty impressed

because it has the fold back design (which i like a lot better than the peel back of the acknowledge iskin) it has a little rubber where the plastic protectio insert goes on the bottom of the pod. it doesnt add a lot of thickness to the pod, but (naturally) the buttons are now deeper and require a little more thought to push than before.

my only complaint is really about the fit. it fits fine, dont get me wrong, but i wish it fit a little more snugly (i have the 15 gb pod). it seems a little loose and makes me thing that it wont be all that hard for little pieces of crap to get inside the case and rub my ipod. although up til now i've been using the apple case, which provides next to no protection.

i want to try the acknowledge case just for the screen protector, but maybe ppl will start offering them separately and i can "retrofit" it to this case. but i dont like the built in belt clip nub on the back of the acknowledge iskin. whatever, til i think of something else, i'll just use pda protector films to protect the screen... i'll post some pics tomorrow prob
