Can I return my ipod if...

Hm...Well I went to an Apple store in STL, and I bought my iPod at an Best Buy and asked if I had problems with it could I turn it here at the store since I had it in my pocket..and they said thats O.K. to do. They accept it. So i'm assuming it's O.K.

Don't feel guilty if you return something because it's not working correctly. You paid money for something that should work and you shouldn't be expected to happily accept a faulty product. I returned my ipod last week because I was tired of the many bugs it had and was tired off resetting it four or five times a day. Unfortunately, the store was out of them so I wasn't able to get a new one. I got lucky though a few days later when Dell had that fabulous sale and I'm now waiting on my new 30 GB which I got for less than I originally paid for my 15. :)

How fast is dell shipping their ipods? I am going to germany for three weeks on the 31'st, and I think I will probably be able to try going to the apple store this thursday. I currently have a 10gb, and it might be nice to go up to a 15gb if the price is right and the timing works.

edit: Well, the dell deal is over (I think), but that was not much of incentive anyway as I could not get the time to do that fast enough (I have exams this week and would not be able to make it to the apple store in time, and my mom would never let me buy a new one before returning the old one).
