im using itunes 4 and i can't drag files from ipod to desktop? thats reatarded and in options the enable firedisk is checked but greyed out...thats my first problem..

2nd problem is why can't i just rename the songs in itunes and the ipod updates? i have to delete the song from ipod rename it on the comp then transfer it back on ipod?
