different language?

i post the same question at the old board... but i can't seem to find it. so i will ask again here.

I try to copy and paste the info to the tag.. the chinese characters appears fine in Musicmatch jukebox, but when i sync the songs with Ephpod (stupid musicmatch won't sync) all the characters become "?"

Kind of disappointed. :(
