Ipod - Numbers?
Has Apple ever mentioned/reported the numbers of Ipod's sold?
I would be really interested to know the numbers of each generation, capacity sizes and by location/continent.
Bet all this stuff is top secret but they may have reported some of it in their financial reports and filings.

Since late June, Apple has sold one million iPods since its introduction in late October 2001. Apple has sold approximately 300,000 3G iPods, and about 700,000 of the older generation iPods. Details on the breakdown of models and location has not been disclosed by Apple.
